Seasonal Camping Contract
Each site will have a designated size for your camping spot approved by Ray or Terrie Smith.
You will be able to park your horse trailer and put up a small livestock panel for your horse.
All trees must be protected.
No permanent additions to grounds. Every thing must be portable.
Site is not transferrable. If you allow someone else to park at your site when you are not using it,
that is fine, but they will have to still pay in full at office.
A water/electric hookup is included at no charge.
No stalls of ours are available during our annual Horse Sales, horses for sale will be in them.
There is no Black Water Pump out service provided.
Seasonal Campers include 1 or 2 Adults.
We are not responsible for damage to your property or vehicle or trailers nor if it would get stolen.
It is solely your responsibility to carry your own insurance.
Seasonals can attend the October Fall Foliage Ride Free of CHARGE. A meal can be purchased for $10.00 each.
20% discount for Cowboy Week.
All campers must obey the rules of camp or be dismissed with no refund.
No refund after seasonal payment has been received.
Seasonal site payments are due in full by February 15, 2026.
Seasonal sites start May 1 through October 25, 2026.
Cost of seasonal site is $1,500.00 for May-October25,2026.
