** If a minor is accompanying an adult that is not their parent to our ride they need to have these Injury Release Forms signed by their parents. 

Everyone else will sign these in the presence of Terrie Smith upon their arrival to horse camp.  There is no need for adults to mail these in with their reservation forms.
