Trailer Mats

Ray's trailer mats are non-skid and easy to clean, install and remove. They are available in two surfaces:

Semen collection areas require mats that will hold together and that will allow for the horse to get the necessary traction to avoid slipping and sliding.

The interlocking waffle mat has the following features:

1. Permits interlocking of individual mats together throughout the area. Individual mats installed in this manner allow you to pick up just one mat or a group of mats for easy maintenance and cleaning.
2. Waffle mats give superior cushioning for your horse to get excellent traction. The cup design on the bottom of the mat allows for this cushion effect, yet gives long life and durability.
3. The outside of the interlocked area(s) can be beveled, preventing stumbling by horses or trainers when entering the semen collection area.

All mats can be interlocked. Standard size for waffle mats is 4'x6'(3/4" thickness). Standard sizes are in stock and custom cuts are available. Contact Ray Smith for lead times.

Cow Mats Trailers Aisles Feed Bunks

Our cow mats provide increased comfort and protection for your herd. Comfeze mats provide cushioned comfort as well as insulating against cold and damp floors. In addition, these mats protect against leg and udder injuries and virtually eliminate swollen leg problems for better footing.

All of this adds up to higher milk production. These cow mats require less bedding, which means that you can save in bedding costs and reduce your cleanup and disposal time. These mats are sanitary, non-absorbent, and easy to clean. They are virtually maintenance-free, and are available in two surfaces:

We recommend the 1/2" Diamond mat for aisle areas. These mats keep the dust down in your barn. You can lay the mats down edge to edge in your barn or you can interlock the mats together for a longer lasting and uniform fit.

These mats can be installed in alley ways or on the platform side of the feed bunk.

Cows will stand at feed bunks longer if they are more comfortable. Stall mats located in alleys will cushion the cows' walk. They will walk more comfortably from feed bunk to stall, parlor to stall, or water tank to stall.

Interlock the mats to ensure a continuous run of mats that will not move around freely.

Dog Mats Kennels Runs Camper Mats

Our Pet mats provide increased comfort and protection for your dogs. Mats provide cushioned comfort as well as insulating against the damp and cold. The mats are non-absorbent and easy to clean.

Mats come in the 3/4", 1/2" and 3/8" thicknesses. They come in standard or Loktuff interlocking designs. By interlocking and shearing these mats can cover any size area desired.

Our mats can be installed in your kennel runs. Placing mats in your runs provides your dog cushioned comfort as well as insulating against the cold.

Mats are available in 3/4" and 1/2" thicknesses. They come in standard or interlocking designs. Special custom fits are available to cover any width or length of your run.

The diamond surface provides excellent traction and is easily cleaned with a garden hose. Also available is the button surface mat for areas where the animal or human requires high traction.
